Supervisee in Social Work | Therapist

I hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work from Norfolk State University and bring a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to therapy. I believe the heart of healing lies in connection—and that clients aren’t just looking for advice, but for someone they can genuinely trust, talk to, and feel safe with when discussing life’s most challenging experiences.

At Thriving Well, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating significant life transitions—whether it’s adjusting to new roles, managing stress, starting a new job or academic journey, or rediscovering your voice after divorce, breakup, or other major life changes. I offer a judgment-free space where you can slow down, process your experiences, and rebuild your confidence at your own pace.

One of my greatest joys as a therapist is helping clients recognize their innate strengths and begin to believe in themselves again. With a collaborative and affirming style, I walk alongside each client, empowering them to set meaningful goals, reclaim their self-worth, and take intentional steps toward a more stable and fulfilling life. Sometimes, all it takes is one safe space to remind you—you can do this.
