Born in New York and raised in Portsmouth, Virginia, she brings a compassionate and grounded presence to her work with clients. Her work focuses on the connection between mind and body, helping clients process emotional stress while also addressing the impact of chronic illness, injury, and medical recovery.

Using a compassionate, strengths-based approach, Courtneí creates a supportive space where clients can slow down, gain clarity, and develop healthier emotional patterns. She integrates evidence-based therapies to help individuals and couples strengthen communication, deepen emotional awareness, and move toward lasting healing.

Courtneí is passionate about helping clients reconnect with their resilience and move forward with greater confidence, balance, and emotional well-being.

Courtnei earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and a minor in African Studies from Howard University and earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Norfolk State University.
