Walk and Talk Therapy

We also call this mindful walking. This service is unconventional, we basically move therapy from the couch to the pavement. (weather permitting)

Its a great way to connect with the calmness of nature. Its also therapeutic to have your therapist by your side as you walk and express your feelings. It is also during this mindful walking that we teach you how to observe your surrounding and take in what you observe and see as a way to distress.
