Reiki Energy Healing

Chakra Sound Bath
Allow yourself to be bathed in the therapeutic sounds of Chakra tuned crystal sound bowls. The meditation sound healing journey will reinvigorate the spirit and leave you feeling refreshed, awakened, and centered.
A private session will allow you to be submerged (bathed) in sweet vibrations that will release blocked energy that no longer serves you. We go through each chakra, cleaning and clearing old patterns and attachments! Think of it as a holistic bubble bath! A Chakra sound bath can help elevate stress, tension, anxiety, memory related issues, sleep disorders, eases insomnia, boost creativity, and many other symptoms!
Yoga Therapy & Trauma Informed Yoga
Through a series of light somatic movements that provides clients with a safe, supportive space to reclaim their bodies and empower their own healing and trauma resolution. The movements that are used in session will allow you to open your body and release tension.
Research has shown that somatic experiencing is a form of alternative therapy aimed at relieving the symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, depression, stress, building self esteem, flexibility, and other mental and physical trauma-related health problems by focusing on the client's perceived body sensations.
EMDR & Hypnotherapy
Clinical Hypnotherapy is performed in a calm, therapeutic environment. We will guide you into a relaxed, focused state and ask you to think about experiences and situations in positive ways that can help you change the way you think and behave. Hypnotherapy can be used to treat conditions associated with chronic pain, childbirth (also known as hypnobirth), anxiety, phobias, smoking cessation, weight loss, and bad habits. It can be used to help improve sleep, learning disorders, test anxiety, sport performance, and communication issues.
EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. It’s a way to process traumatic memories by using a back and forth eye movement. We work with you to identify specific memories related to your trauma and we “target” them one at a time. We do so in the safety of our office. We help guide you through the memories to completion, which means you will experience symptom relief after a memory has been worked all the way through.
