Hardship & Asylum Immigration Evaluation Services

Immigration Evaluations with Compassion and Expertise

At Thriving Well Holistic Wellness Solutions, we understand that immigration is more than a legal process—it’s a deeply personal journey. As the proud daughter of an immigrant and a first generation American, this work holds a special place in my heart. At just 15 years old, I helped my father prepare for his citizenship interview by studying with him, an experience that ignited my passion for supporting immigrants in achieving their dreams.

With over a decade of experience as a licensed therapist, I have written more than 3,000 biopsychosocial assessments, crisis evaluations, clinical evaluations, and letters to support individuals navigating complex life circumstances. This extensive background allows me to provide the highest quality evaluations for immigration purposes, including:

Types of Immigration Evaluations We Offer

1. Extreme Hardship Waivers
Documenting significant emotional, psychological, or physical impact on U.S. citizens or lawful
residents if a loved one is deported.

2. U Visa (Victims of Crime)
Detailing the trauma and ongoing effects for individuals who’ve suffered abuse and are aiding
law enforcement.

3. VAWA (Violence Against Women Act)
For individuals experiencing domestic violence, these evaluations focus on the emotional and
psychological impact of abuse to support VAWA self-petitions.

4. Asylum Applications
These evaluations document trauma and persecution to support asylum cases.

5. Cancellation of Removal Cases
These evaluations demonstrate the impact of deportation on an individual and their family
members, including the emotional and psychological hardships caused by family separation.

6. T Visa (Victims of Human Trafficking)
These evaluations focus on the mental health effects of trafficking, providing the necessary
documentation to support a T Visa application.
